There's nothing quite like a sponge cake made with sweetened condensed milk. This sweet, sticky ingredient enhances the flavor of everything it touches, and this condensed milk cake is no exception. It's sweet, dense, and makes an ideal treat for afternoon tea. Plus, it's budget-friendly.
Even better, this cake requires only 5 basic ingredients. It's a one-bowl recipe: simply combine all the ingredients in a stand mixer or mixing bowl, and beat with a stand mixer or electric beaters until a smooth batter forms.

Pour into a baking tin, bake and serve. This cake doesn’t need icing, but is great dusted with a little icing sugar. It’s also amazing served with fresh cream and berries.
